The next step is for the Gore legal team to argue that the confused voters for Buchanan create a statistical possibility that some confused voters voted for Bush instead of Al. If a percentage of confused voters voted for Buchanan instead of Al, then there must be a percentage of confused voters that voted for Bush in error as well! This would be good because it would erase Bush votes and create Gore votes at the same time! Double Dip. Yes, I am kidding. I think.
