When someone writes something, everyone reading it filters it through their own experience and values.

It's not "twisting it" to emphasize those comments he made that I particularly agree with.

I clearly believe Bush, no matter whatever weaknesses he may possess, will clearly be a better choice for creating bi-partisanship.

If you can state for me straight faced and serious that you personally see no shenanigans taking place with these "pregnant dimples", falling chads, and subjective analysis of voter intent, then I will understand why you feel more outrage for "blue-haired ladies" than military servicemen.

I hope you can also feel comfortable with the name calling that has been going on, namely calling Secretary Harris a "political commissar", as well as the the racial overtones that Jesse Jackson brought to bear.

I'm sorry, I served in the military for 14 years. If that just happens to be the one area that really pushes my buttons, then I don't know what to tell you.
