"I wonder who on the board of T thought or even think today that breaking up is the right thing to do."

nghi vu- Darth Vader, ie. John Malone...He continues to haunt Antec. Or I should say, Egan allows it. -MikeM(From Florida)

In another month next year's budget for cable and communications industry will be a new issue.

T's problem is carrying too much debt to break up. But looking at the assets to be sold, the debt can be reduced; and then suddenly, the breakup will be 2+2=5. I am looking at an entry point before the assets(stocks) can be sold. Would you look at the specialist's signature? The curves that can be retraced if T spins off or if T is unable to divest some stock(minority positioned) assets?

Interesting subject?
