no. i didn't say that. dems fought allowance of overseas ballots. at same time, they said they would break their way. people's votes should count. (but, political hacks should not be permitted to take a ballot and say what the vote is, when the ballot doesn't show what the vote is.) not just black's votes are important. in the military aren't many (not 90%) black or hispanic? aren't a few of them gay? aren't many in the lower half in intelligence and education? aren't they poorer than most? aren't these groups which the dems supposedly support and are supported by.
