I think we've already had capitulation in the gold stocks and the XAU. As for the POG retesting $252, the new lows in the XAU serve as a perpetual storm cloud hanging over Gold. But that retest of $252 (or more likely, break to lower lows) could very well take a year or two to materialize during the next equity bull market. Actually, it would be quite bullish if Gold did break to new lows here while the XAU rose.
