the big job was with halliburton. to earn millions a year with a weak heart, he prioritized and didn't get around to voting. was he registered? if so, was it in wyoming or texas? if he can't be vp-because a texan or in bad health, who should be veep? if disqualified because 2 texans on ticket, who goes cheney or bush or both? if one, is dem (gore or lieberman) the replacement-or does bush get to pick replacement for cheney?
