Catherine,
I talked with Jim at Stephens conference and John was at the IMGN Q&A session after the presentation. I am a subscriber and thanked them for IMGN and said it compensated (atoned) for XOMA. I bought XOMA when they had reccommended at 30 and that was the high. I saw Jim on TV cheering for XOMA then (1990?). I think they have become more cautious with recco having watched them over the years. It was clear that they still like the company. At the time IMGN was up to the 20's and Jim asked me, "Kind of makes you nervous, doesn't?" I agreed. Since then we went much higher and back. Although I am very bullish long on IMGN-I also am seasoned by market volatility and realize that we are still a long time from approved drugs. Why not call them. I have found them to be reasonably conversational.

Actually, a "hold" isn't a downgrade in MTSL terms. They operate a wee bit differently than a normal analyst who downgrades from a buy to a hold. What a hold means in MTSL terms is that a new rating will come out soon but that you should not do anything until they come up with the new "buy below" amount.
