Monday November 27, 10:05 am Eastern Time

Press Release

BLAINE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 27, 2000--Planet Earth Recycling Inc. (the ``Company'') (OTCBB:PERI - news) is pleased to report that it has now completed its transition from a private corporation to a public company.

The Company is an integrated multi-faceted recycling and waste management business, ready to address a broad range of recyclable materials, including glass, plastic, paper, cardboard, metals and particularly organic wastes. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is able to build and support recycling, waste handling and environmental facilities. The Company's master license enables it to own and operate state-of-the-art Thermo Master(TM) Plants in Canada and the US States of California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Hawaii and Iowa, a territory with a population totaling approximately 78 million people. The Company offers a full range of waste recycling and management services to waste generators and communities.

Prior to becoming a public company through a merger with Adventure Minerals Inc., Planet Earth Recycling Inc. had begun to create a corporate structure to address a range of recycling and waste processing businesses. The Company operates through its subsidiary Planet Earth Operating Services Inc. (``Planet Earth Operating'') and conducts most of its business through four subsidiary companies under Planet Earth Operating. Two of these subsidiaries, Planet Earth Design Build Inc. and Planet Earth Management are structured to deliver a full package of construction and support services to physical plants on a cost plus fee for services basis. These two subsidiaries are already party to a number of service contracts and provide steady cash flow to the Company through these contracts. The other subsidiaries are structured to conduct waste management and recycling businesses including waste acquisition, recycling and commodity brokering as well as waste processing and conversion to value added products. One of the Company's key environmental technologies is the patented (US Patent No. 5,810,903) Thermo Master(TM) Process, for which it holds an exclusive license and through which it can offer large-scale commercial technology to convert organic waste, the most challenging waste stream, to value added feed and fertilizer products in an environmentally controlled facility.

The quarter ended September 30, 2000, was the Company's first quarter following the transition. The following unaudited financial results are a comparison of the financial situation at September 30, compared to June 30, 2000 and were included in the Company's Form 10-QSB for the period ended September 30, 2000.

Monday Nov 27 2000 News Release

Mr. Ben Van Dyk reports

The company has received a government of Canada verification certificate, awarded through the environment technology verification (ETV) program.

The ETV is a program sponsored by Environment Canada and Industry Canada, which verifies the claims of innovative technological solutions to problems that threaten the environment.

Dr. Fahimeh Mirminachi stated that, "Our company is very proud to be the first company to receive this designation in the province of British Columbia."

The verification process was a thorough 10-month examination and analysis of the IBR technology and its claims.

The assessment was conducted through Environment Canada and ETV by an independent environmental engineering company and independent laboratories.

The verification certificate provides recognition by the government of Canada and is recognized around the world that the recipient company has a legitimate and viable environmental technology capable of addressing global environmental problems.

Provincial recognition of the ETV program provides that ETV verification will expedite the regulatory approval process. Acceptance of ETV-verified claims will mean less paperwork, less time and less cost.

A memorandum of understanding on the reciprocity programs for the verification of environmental technologies was signed between Environment Canada and California EPA.

A similar reciprocity agreement will soon be in place with New Jersey. As well, Canada and the U.S. EPA have a co-operative agreement in place to examine the harmonization of verification initiatives.

The significance of receiving this designation is that IBR's technology will have enhanced credibility in domestic and international markets. The ETV program verifies commercial-ready, private sector technologies with a view to speeding up the process of bringing these technologies to market.

IBR recently announced the favourable evaluation of its technology in a major study conducted by the Strategic Envirotechnology Partnership (STEP) in the United States. STEP is an independent agency in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, which has recently illustrated the effectiveness and commercial potential of the IBR technology.

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts along with five other states officially recognizes the STEP evaluation, which is used as a credible reference for municipalities throughout North America seeking advice and recommendations on environmental technologies.

"With these two significant validations and verifications of the IBR technology and proprietary process, we are confident that more communities in North America will begin to embrace the IBR solution," stated Ben Van Dyk, president of International Bio-Recovery Corp.
