Or like the 107 million Americans who decided not to vote at all. The Moral high ground belongs to these folks, as each has in their own way recognized, that Government is about the appropriation of someone elses livlihood.

The Supreme court is now involved, and all of us are watching. Will they prove to be upholders of the constitution or show themselves to be upholders of the current momentum to destroy it?

We shall see.

All of us will know soon.

For those of you who do not see this as a constitutional crisis, think again.

Karen, there is a big difference between making a mistake on your ballot and the democrats attempting to disqualify military votes for lack of a postmark when a federal law which supercedes all state laws require them to be counted with or without postmarks. I think you would have a hard time finding an old lady who lost a son or husband in combat that would approve of this conduct. You need to read the law rather than listen to democratic spin doctors.
