That makes sense, though. So the recounts, etc., will continue as planned. Wonder what that local judge in Tallahassee will have to say about the military votes.

They didn't take the case involving recounts...unfortunately.

All they said was that they weren't going to take it before the court in Atlanta's judgement. They are currently taking briefs on that now. Before is a subsection of the Supreme Courts ruling. Notice it is denied without prejudice and is only for writ of certiorari before judgement.

The motion of petitioner to expedite consideration of the petition for a writ of certiorari is granted. The petition for a writ of certiorari before judgment is denied without prejudice.
