The oil industry isn't wrong per se except when it has too much power and control over our government. In a Bush administration forget about any attempts to control greenhouses gases, promote alternative cleaner fuels or conservation. Bush has so little trust in anyone ouside his inner circle that all his closest advisors and handlers are from the oil business even Condaleeza Rice who's on the board of Chevron. It's a close-knit crowd with very special mutual interests. Very bad for the environment not just in this country but globally as we're expected to lead.
