That's not true. Not one of his advisors will go with that concept. The only way GWB will be able to govern
effectively in the first 2 years will be to concede things to the Democrats. There is nothing inherently evil about that, the Democrats are not all 100% bad.

If he gives the tax break of which he spoke, he will be re-elected...by substantial margins.
