I don't think so. The Florida Supreme court re-wrote the law, and did so after the election. Try again.

All he ought to get with his wish, is a determination based on long standing principles, that vote counting must be fair and balanced. Any law or interpretation allowing otherwise(Gore gets just his in as a result), cannot stand.
