<...try to post things written in a manner so that most people (including those who do not speak English as a first language) will "get it." >

Good idea, if that doesn't lose the plot.

I'll try it.

Maurice [note, new, simplified spelling so people will 'get it']

PS: <A lot of times I read your posts, and find that I am struggling to figure out exactly what you mean.

(This also happens a lot with Maurice's posts
>

If you don't 'get it', I can be sure that almost nobody else does either, in which case I might as well spend more time at the beach, golf course and playing in 3D. My years-long no-charge marketing advice on Wacky Wireless price schemes to Globalstar has been totally ignored, so I might as well go onto ROM [read only mode]. They have determinedly stuffed up the selling in what must be one of the biggest marketing failures in human history.

The Globalstar system works beautifully and they couldn't figure out how to sell it. Simply amazing.

C U Rater [for Japanese readers].

Jon,

(Fair Enough!! (So as a bondholder! (And I only assume that you hold G* bonds (since you state so in yourSI profile) what would your view be if LORAL announced publicly that they intend to call the loan on March 31, 2000((((.)

(I phrased the above question in the form of a mathematical equation since a previous statement that you posted was in the same format).

<(Maybe (for those other than G* and Loral) receiving a larger piece of Globalstar (?))>

So I thought it might make it easier to comprehend ! Obviously by the amount of PM's on SI and email's from those on Yahoo enquiring about further information on this SPECULATION. Others are not struggling to figure out exactly what I mean.

So here are my questions as simple as I can make them..

1. Do you hold G* Bonds?

2. If LORAL stated publicly that "LORAL, The Company" intended to call the loan on March 31, 2000 (as they appear to have the right to do, buy buying the loam from B of A) if the loan covenant's were not reached. And you, as a bondholder (If so) would be defenseless, against LORAL Corporation deciding to call the loan, due to it being in the best interest of it's (LORAL's) shareholders. Thus placing Globalstar LP on a firm course into BK on March 31, 2000.

What would your course of action be!

What would you think bondholders who may not understand the underlying value of the system's action be?

BTW . To all those who sent PM's/e-mail's and I will answer each of you, just give me a little time!

Thank you for your time Mr. Koplik,
PCSTEL
