Ahhhh, but when it comes to counting Gore's counties alone, it is a question of Federal Law, as we then are looking at an inequitable count. Be it affecting the Fla. Supreme court interpretation, the Fla. Law itself, or both as applicable, allowing such a result will not likely stand.

don't be so sure kathleen harris will certify.the us supreme court will rule the fsc overstepped it bounds(separation of powers,equal protection, & changing elections rules after the election--all federal issues stated in the us constitution) and allow kathleen harris do her job and certify the nov 14th results.
