I agree that although over sold CERN is not quite ready to enter technically. I notice that it is sitting on medium term support which appears fairly firm at the$48- $49 level which formed starting of October 2nd through the 14th.

William’s, the earliest bottom indicator is confirming what you noticed in the shorter term 5-3-3 shochs so I do think a bottom is just about formed.

SCIO looks ready to challenge recent highs based on stochastic but I am trying to understand why money flow is still negative at this point. It normally turns up within a few hours of Williams which did turn several days ago.

Stochastic heading towards a buy signal well above the idea range of under 20 so upward momentum may be some what limited this cycle.
