Yes he did. The way he kept reinventing himself during the debates, I'm amazed he didn't come out as a transvestite on the last debate. He had the heels for it.

I'm confident Gore invented SiliCon, if he thinks the American believe a fair election system is one which would allow him to include his hand-picked vote-recovered counties in the totals alone.
