The EPA would beg to differ. As would every major environmental organization and anyone else who's fought on either side of an environmental issue going back to Teddy Roosevelt (who decided to set aside some bear and bison after slaughtering so many personally). The federal government sets the national standards. And leads on global standards (or should though Bush probably won't). It's laughable that you call me "stupid" when you are so ignorant or in denial.
