Thanks JW agree with all your points...and don't buy this "the Supreme Court will rule consistently with the will of the people" (meaning: counting phoney votes)....remember, this is the same Court that overrode 19 States' Term Limits Laws that were approved in statewide referendums. This Court will actually read the Constitution.

Jim Willie,if I may interject.. wrt to your statement "Boise would make a good attorney general", I disagree. I cannot think of a more scary situation than the David Boies and Joel Kliens of the world littered throughout the executive branch of a business bashing Al Gore government.

David Boies is a threat of regulatory overkill in a potential Gore administration. Nothing good could possibly come of that.
