If we only had a decent constitution we wouldn't be faced with having the wrong person elected for a long four year term. At least a Parliamentary system would shorten the suffering for the unhappy electorate. Eight years of Clinton has been long enough; I shutter to think that we may have to endure four more years due to vote fraud. Why isn't Carter down there? Maybe he is finding out that we are no better than all these other countries, that he so piously have been picking on. ...humble carl
