JW "accept" in this context only means "receive", it does not mean she HAS to CERTIFY them..I know...legalease...it will not end pretty.

Hello Jim Willie CB,

What if the FL Sectary of State refuses to certify the votes and does nothing. She goes to jail and the FL SC certifies to votes?

If FL Sectary of State goes to jail, she could possible refuse to certify the vote for a week giving the US SC a chance to decide and then she could certified.

If the FL SC certifies the vote you have them acting as the legislative and executive branch of the government. She may do this to show her point.

Thank You
JK
