Repubs are fighting at last, but need to increase intensity

they might lose the military absentee battle at federal level
a Democrat appted judge offered little sympathy today
but the pressure point surprsingly resulted in several counties to reconsider
one county resubmitted 50 net Bush votes, another 2 Bush

I would like to see more strident defense of due process and equitable standards in PalmBch and Broward
those two canvass boards are using two different standards
Broward allows dimples, Palm does not when no others show

Republican lawyers should fight for due process there, but dont
Florida guidelines on voting standards forbidding dimples are on the books
they are being ignored now

Re: "Brightest stars to fall from this black muck" Boy, that is a great point. Couldn't agree more.
