they'll do what any court does. they'll go with their heart and then find the precedents and statutes to back it up.

seeing as they don't have to please any politicians, or any group of people to keep their lifetime appointments, their decision will lie in their basic belief in democracy and how they believe it ideally was destined to be. this seems to be a "no brainer" and i would guess that they will uphold the decision of the FL SC for the same reasons... the right of the people's will to be heard by counting their votes.
