Well, in addition to the fact that President Elect Bush won the support of 16 million More Americans. I estimate with my typical 99% accuracy that Mr. dirtbag Sore received about 1 million votes from non Americans. I estimate that President Elect Bush recieved about 38 thousand.

Therefore clearly President Elect Bush also won what you call the popular vote by about 680 thousands

Just the facts, nothing but the facts. The facts don't lie.

In your view, I'm sure this is a technicality, but... the law at the time of the election was that the vote of the ELECTORAL COLLEGE, not the popular vote, determines the President. You don't get change the rules after the race is run. Not if you want to claim you are governed by law, not by the whims of men.

Gore had the option of attempting to change this before the election. He didn't even try. He still has the option of trying to change it now. He isn't doing that either.

He just wants to be anointed President regardless of the actual outcome.

Thief.
