(Opinion only) - Absolutely - If she was allowed to certify back then, we'd be well into the contest process, which is where we actually are with no one to contest about. This is a fight of perception to gain an edge (obv mixed with the vote and I think planned that way). In a way I have to give the Dem "Machine" ALOT of credit. They hit the ground running well before the counting started while my guys were standing there eating their smoke. But get our backs up too far and we too can get nasty and play the same game.

I admit, I don't know. BUT, I think the court ordered that the recounts continue and be "considered".

At 5 pm Sunday, I think Harris can certify the result based on 1, what she had previously, 2, what she had plus all the amended counts, 3, what she had before plus SOME of the amended counts or not certify anything at all.

I'm thinking the PBC count may not be completed and either will not be submitted OR that no partial count will be accepted.

As if I knew.....
