thanks for the reviews mr. mark. I had seen a few comments in chat rooms where people had installed 6.0 and then deleted it so I was wondering why. Doesn't sound good and I am happy with 4.72. Think I'll pass on 6.0.

best,

Rick

edit: btw, I have been shopping for a new computer. Dell has a machine with a P4 1.5gig chip, but all of Dells machines appear to come with ME now and I have heard nothing good about ME. Was hoping to get a new Dell with W2k already installed, but they don't have it yet.

Have for a long time toyed with building a box from scratch. Have you ever tried this?
