hi gottfried

i'm stoked about the price. i knew mem had gotten cheap, but i was so surprised at how cheap. seems like not that long ago i had to buy just 32mb for a friend who needed to go from 32 to 64, and with shipping she paid more than i just paid for 128mb.

but i think crucial kicks butt on price too. just for grins i looked at dell and they want like $122. man, that's $50 more than crucial.

you know, i've wanted to upgrade to 256mb since the very second i hung up the phone when i had just ordered my new dell last november. i even posted how i was tempted to call them right back and say "make that 256mb!!", <g> but i knew that 128mb was sweet enough compared to what i had been running.

so, you've used crucial before, i take it?

:)
