Wouldn't be a real hoot if Broward and Palm could not finish the count on time. The Florida Supreme court steps in and create a situation that pisses everyone off and because the court is all lawyer and no engineers they don't have a clue that the deadline the set is a no way. Funny beyond belief. But the whole thing is based on a can of worms of liberal thinking anyway. (b) Pre-Scored Punch Card: These ballots (popularized by CES in the U.S.) may be similar to the mark-sense cards, with the only difference being that the voter punches out a pre-scored hole in the card rather than marking it with a pencil.
