good point, LTK007

shouldn't a stock like this move upward in a natural process, and not in premature leaps due to such as the Gilder Effect ,where money leaps in Just Because Gilder anoints it,and throwing all reason about timeframes out the window?? max

LTK007, I agree with the input of many of the posts on this board, and I especial value the ones that have to do with projected trading ranges for Avanex.

I hear what your saying LTK007, regarding the Gilder effect, making a stock rise before its' time. But stripping away the cycles of over valuation, and under valuation, I am trying to speak to the long term potential of this company, and where it fits in to its over all industry. I have a feeling that all of us here, have the sense that Avanex may have real long term potential, otherwise we wouldn't be bothering with Avanex, or this board.

Anyway, the aspect to focus on currently for Avanex is how well sales go, on their new products, that are being rolled out this quarter and next. This will indicate a lot.
What demand there is for Avanex's products, and how strong the industry is that is paying for these products.

LTK, I believe that if you look at the chart you will see that the Gilder effect has faded. tp
