That Sir Was Not A " Union Piece ".

As a person who has experience from both sides of the coin,and have lead some of the largest Telecoms projects in this fair country -- from sea to shining sea -- I was simply illustrating the gap that tends to endure between " worker bee " and the employer/owner ,public or private.

But you are correct in that many GOOD employees exist in both union and non-union working relationships.These are the people who need little other than their negotiated contract to deliver consistent results year over year.

But this thread appears to have the tendency to belittle the " Worker Bees " in an apparent effort to bolster their own rationality as Republican be all and end all to the American Way.

I take exception to their thinking on this matter , but thus far have not engaged this ornate thought process.
