Jon, Heh-heh. The utilities that have been buying interests in nuclear power plants look pretty smart right now- at least for the short-term. And as I alluded in the previous note to Homer, the replacement of the incalinc piping should extend the lives of these nukes another decade or two, which is good judging the current condition of the grid.

Give everyone a cushion before transitioning to a real free market in power....

P.S. And Big Dog's right- Out West no tattle tale stuff is permissible. Just suck it up, buy a big gun like a .44 magnum- and go get even Buford Pusser- style.... Then you'll have your opponents shaking like a hound dog passin' peach pits....
