So, I think the retort of Jesse Jackson's activities is not truly one-to-one. At least, JJ didn't try to disrupt county officials [obviously, that was self-serving.] If storming the room is a sit-in, that should make the likes of Angela Davis look like a punch of peaceniks <VBG>, isn't it? I agree with you, the tic-for-tac [I am not a one-sider, I certainly acknowledge the possibility that there were dems orchestrating something behind the scene, if not o so transparent] is getting unseemly. However, I disagree with you with regard to USSC's involvement. I don't think it will make specific mandate, but I think it will clarify the voting law(s) as far as the constitution is concerned, such as primacy etc. I also think the conservatives will benefit more, however narrow the ruling may be, considering the composition of the court.
