It happened a week or more ago also. There was a big one-day improvement in HILO and then one more day of improvement before selling off. The OEX had about the same number of fresh sell signals as buy signals on Friday so that's indicative of a rotation. The triple-smoothed channel index and SK-SD indicator are still declining for the OEX/SPX, but have bottomed and flattened for the OTC/NDX. I think a pullback to Wednesdays lows for OTC/NDX may be about the worst case. At close of Wednesday, about 85% of the stocks in the NDX had negative momentum, i.e., Wilder RSI < 50.
