Keith, re "he will be our president somehow after losing 3 out of 4 counts" If this happens, you can't say it was 3 out of 4 so therefore the winner of three of four counts is the winner. Whichever count the law deems to be most accurate after all the suits are done will be the only one that counts. This will be the last machine count or the last hand count count, supplemented by oversees ballots in some form. I mean, if you take four tests and each has the same question, and you answer the question wrong in the first three tests and correctly in the fourth, does that mean your incorrect answer was right because you screwed it up more often?
