When BLS was asked in the CC about the latest MOU numbers, he mumbled something about having to wait for sometime to get them from the SPs. It was a surprise to me, having heard Maurice's view that all these numbers should be available instantly. In any case, the results were "legally" available shortly after the quarter ended, so by halting the tranches then, BLS is legally covered.

Pcstel:

Thanks for your time and efforts on this. I am long G* with a hefty paper loss at this point. If I may ask three questions, i hope you will have the opportunity to respond:

1) From one of Kyros responses, how do you think the issue of additional funding would be played out if your speculation is correct. As Kyros stated, "Another is the fact that G* will still need hundreds of millions of new dollars to operate until cash breakeven."

2) Do you believe there is hope for someone such as myself who currently owns the common at $9.75? Would you consider averaging down at this point? If you may, please elaborate on why or why not?

3) Isn't there a conflict of interest by BLS being CEO of both LOR and G*? It appears obvious that G* is #2 on his priority list. Is his fiduciary responsiblity to the common shareholders of both companies compromised and in conflict?

Many thanks for all your work. May you and all G* asset holders profit.

<<Go to the USPTO web site and read the "Patent" that Gloablstar has regarding almost real time calculations of MOU usage..>>

pcstel, just a brief comment regarding patents. I have done some work recently on filing a patent for the company I work for. One thing I learned is that you do not have to build what you patent. Just because G* has patented real time mou calculations, does not mean that they can/do do real time mou calculations.
