God bless him. I know a lot of NDP types are not voting this year because they are jaded with Alexa. Those non-votes are really votes for the Alliance. BTW, what was the name of that big boozy looking red head with high cheek bones that was the NDP leader before Alexa? Do you remember she said something about shutting down offshore accounts held by Canadian citizens as part of her election platform last election. She did a quick about face on that because it turned out so many NDP lawyers have accounts offshore. What a country!

Stephen, There are many pending contracts and applications for funds that have been reviewed and approved in my riding, all of which are subject to the election outcome. Please vote Liberal so I can continue living on easy street. If you haven't done so already, I recommend that you take out a Liberal Party membership and make yourself seen and heard at every Liberal Party function. We Liberals know who our friends are, and if you can't trust your friends, who can you trust eh? Don't worry about health care or any other policy. The Liberal Party has been in power for at least 75 of the past 100 years so we know what is best for Canada and Canadians. Vote early and vote often, provided you are voting Liberal:-))

Good post. I spoke with someone today about the respective party platforms. This lady acknowledged that the Alliance had a better platform in tax reduction, health care increase, etc. than did the incumbent liberals. Then she said an amazing thing: "But they are ALL a bunch of racists!" What an insulting, and absolutely false thing to say! I asked her how come Alliance Conservative members used to be just Conservatives, and were left out of these intolerant and bigoted and racist comments...but since going under the Alliance banner, it is now OK to refer to these upstanding citizens as "ALL a bunch of racists". This caught her off guard. After a pause she said: "Oh, I don't mean them...just the people that were Reform!" I told her that Alexis (NDP) had called Day a cockroach. "Well, he IS", she said! So Canada remains in bed, a dying patient; A young country, acting like the oldest in the world. A country afraid to get out of bed; A country afraid to bite into a steak. Internationally, a sense of isolation. No true networking; No true touching. Internally, frightened of change. No INTEREST. No Excitement. No Vibrancy. Afraid to act, afraid to move, afraid to change. Nevermind that the remedy of the the free voter exists always to rectify a bad government. Nevermind that life is short and should not be lived in bed...NO, they will vote over and over again for known liars, and they will close their eyes to the calm and simplistic voice of honest people that want to get out of bed and say: "I--WE--EXIST.
