Will they interpret "election laws enacted by the legislature" to mean election laws enacted by the legislature subject to judicial override after the fact?

They will say "election laws enacted by legislature" means election laws enacted by the legislature before the election but subject to judicial interpretation in an election controversy. Their decision will give legitimacy to the decision of the Florida Supreme Court and the entire election contest process.
