NW.... victor rode CPQ down and then sold at a loss, so I wouldn't be surprised if he did the same in the case to which you refer. Actually, victor ia a pretty good contrary indicator. He repeated his CPQ 55 or new high or whatever for 1/01 over and over, but hasn't of late. In answer to your question, his guesstimate is historical but he never changed it, so I guess it still stands. I, for one, hope he is finally correct this time but mid 30s looks more likely, imho. El
