Iraq is never going to stop their flow of oil. It is a non event.

GST, I think you're getting a bit too excited again.

The major oil producers could ramp up production quite a bit if they wanted to, but they're afraid of getting burned like they have in the past, when they ramped and the prices dropped. I think that if they thought oil was going to $50/barrel, they'd ramp up, and they're really not doing that.

In fact, one former opec official believes that oil will be at $12 barrael this Spring.
