I couldn't agree more but I was just sitting here thinking what if Gore get's in? CAN YOU IMAGINE the reception he will receive everywhere he goes in this country and maybe Bush to. I do not believe we can go back to just honoring the office after this. Am I wrong?

pinhi, I have to agree. I've been more on the left these past few years, and forgiving of certain Democratic positions I don't agree with (not privatizing Social Security, for example), but this military ballot thing has been very troubling for me. I will have trouble voting for a Democrat in the next election if they don't do the right thing on this.
