I find all the inaccuracies in these counts to be a "shame" as in "too bad" we can't do better. I never knew how bad it was. This is a surprise to me. I object to recounts where political advantage determines the standards. Bias is the only thing I find really offensive. I'm not asking anyone to agree with my standards for fair. But I do believe I have the priorities in the correct order. Wayne
