James, I agree with you that Carla Fe repented for her crimes and became a born again Christian but I see no reason why her being accepted into Christ's kingdom should in any way relieve her of her debt to the state.

Just think of how many would become "falsely converted" if they saw Carla get off the hook. I think that she went home to the Lord with no regrets over the states actions.

Chris

James, This is haqihana posting, on Lewis7's computer.

Your attempt to twist my words has not gone unnoticed. My words said nothing about voting, but about supporting, and I am saying anyone that condones these attitudes, and thoughts, is not acting in a Christian manner. I realize that Christians make mistakes just like anyone else, but to do it over, and over, again goes beyond the realm of reasonable thoughts and attitudes.

Because I support Bush, you call me a fanatic. Strange, that is what the atheists, and liberals, are calling fundamentalist Christians. Bush is a vocal Christian, while Gore vacilates on any religious issues. I do not, and have never, voted a straight ticket, so you are slashing your sword at the wind on that allegation.

I followed the execution of Carla Faye Tucker very closely, and live only 80 miles from the death chamber in which she was executed. She slashed two people to pieces with an brush axe without any remorse. Billy Graham's thought has nothing to do with it. He is as subject to being duped as much as any mortal man, and this would not be the first time he has supported people that have left him with egg on his face. As far as what the pope might thinks, I couldn't care less. He doesn't even know what side of the bed he got up on. Tucker deserved no mercy from man, and can only depend on the magnanimous forgiveness of God to ever have any peace for her heinous crimes. According to the law of the Bible, which you not so skillfully disregarded, she should have died regardless of who was Governor, regardless of what state.

If you want to read the words of someone that is rigid, unforgiving, fanatic, and narrow minded, read your own posts. You make it clear that you are not sorry for me, and in saying you are, is lying before God and everyone on this thread. Your skylight is leaking a bit. ~H~
