If you watched any of the proceedings regarding this matter you would have noticed that the questions that the judge kept asking the Bush lawyers indicated that his view of the law in this matter was that all votes received after the 7th shouldn't be allowed. Zonk, I saw the proceeding. The judge in this case was clearly not listening to the arguement by the Bush attorneys. The "rule of law" is being undermined by those empowered to enforcing the law. They have themselvses to blame.

I absolutely love this. Look at the stuffed pigs squeal now. I don't think I've missed much of any of what has been broadcast. I posted awhile back ... The Repubs were left standing in the dust as the Demo machine rolled right over them at the start. My feeling at that time was they (R) really couldn't believe what they were watching and I think they actually wondered how it was going to be perceived and received. It kept getting worse !!! Now that they started using "the everyday tactics" of the demo machine they start squealing foul. I said then don't push it too far !! Clear abuse of the system. Hey turn about is fair play, you reap what you sow. Fair play will bury you in the long run. Yes it's a 180. How long did you think the Dems could get away it without it being shoved right back atcha :) And it not even in the final court yet ! Can ya hear it ?? Mommy, mommy, George hit me, I'm tellin Daddy. Tell'em on Friday, he and his buddies will be sittin the bench. IIIIIIIIIIIT'S Panic Time !
