I doubt there was one in which you cite. I am only saying that the people overseas in Israel or whereever should have signed, dated, and had a friend sign too. I think they are accepting ballots which followed these few rules even if they weren't postmarked by the 7th. That;s fine with me. This is a simple example of them doing something which is different than what the rules were before the 7th. Do you think they should do this even though it breaks the rules?
