That takes us to friday. It takes at least a day and probably more to get set up for a manual recount. On saturaday Harris told the canvassing boards something to the effect that they should stop recounting. Then later she said she will certify on monday. There were over 600,000 ballots in Dade alone to count. There was no was to do the recount and meet her deadline. The Supreme Court correctly took these circumstance into account when they ruled against her.
