I agree in the sense that the counties did not go at the speed that they should have but even if the had they couldn't have met the Harris deadline. Doing something which could have such a profound effect on the nation is not something which should be rushed and counting 600,000 ballots by hand in only a few days would have been rushing even if it would have been possible. When did Volusia county finish there recount? Did you now that Dade had almost 3 times the ballots that Volusia had. >>>>Volusia county had no problem starting the recount promptly...neither should have Dade, if they truely felt it was justified<<
