Gary, the conferences you cite are the Robertson Stephens conference starting tomorrow in N.Y. and a S.G. Cowen conference in Paris later in the week. These are heavy-duty sponsors, and may produce enough to move the stock. (That's may, not will.)
If Dr. Sayare's presentation will be based on the "current management presentation" available on the web-site, the story is an attractive one.
OTOH, the Amsterdam presentation is so dense to the scientifically illiterate like me that I'm now not surprised that it did not move the stock.

The information on their rating system came with all the original materials when you subscribe to the newsletter. I believe one of the more recent additions had that information also. I'll try to dig it up (hopefully I saved it).

I kind of wished they used the same rating system as everyone else.
