While the Gore people had a devil-may-care attitude toward the counting of dimpled ballots, hanging chads and the like, it turned out that the Democrats had a higher standard for those Americans abroad protecting our right to vote. ********** KLP.......... Harris can do one of two things tomorrow.. 1- Do as she said she would and ignore all recounts and certify. 2- She can refuse to certify if she thinks voter fraud is involved and then defer to the FL legislature. In either case Bush wins.
