Did I say I cared deeply about them? I don't remember saying that. Are you joining that other DVDW or DWDV or whoever he is, in leaping to conclusions? I said reading about the history was depressing. But since you can't RESIST linking the issue to politics- try looking up what papa Bush did while in office re: the Indians. Some interesting legal cases came out of his term- and MANY more out of Reagan's term. And as for marginal projects, and management of the environment- let me say ONE word, and the word is Watt.
