Naw I don`t think that`s going to happen. I think the U.S. SC is going to rule that there is no standard for determining just what a vote is in a hand count. And order the FL legislature to define it. And hand recount the entire state so that voters in all the other counties are not discriminated against. If that cannot be done in time before the date electors are to be picked. Then the FL legislators will pick the electors as set out in the constitution. I see no other way they could rule. What does everyone else think?

Damn, I must have missed the news again. I hadn't heard that the counting was done and Bush had won. What was the final count? Does anybody wonder why I compared this thread to a penny stock scam? >>>>Now Gore gets to say: I won the popular vote and I would have won the State of Florida but the Dade County Canvassing Board was intimidated by a Republican mob which was violating Federal Election laws.
